HRD Staff
Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Sumatera Barat
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Having understanding of Indonesia labor law, industrial relation and implementations in daily HR practices
- Familiar with Employee data filing system
- Having experince in HR reimbursement report (business travel, medical, transportation, etc)
- Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage
- Experience working knowledge of Industrial Relation practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures
- Having knowledge in life-cycle recruitment and training functions
- Has experience in psychological tools and assessment system
- Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization and also having knowledge of filling document
- Hard working, fast learner, communication skill and able to work as a team
- Discipline, good communication and interpersonal skill
