Area Marketing Manager Padang (Sumatera Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Submit weekly and monthly report to immediate Senior Manager
- Create monthly work plan for customer visit and get the approval from head of sales
- Acknowledge target information and achieve the target
- Know the area better than other
- Run special project that assigned by HQ (Focus fleet, tyre testing, CPK, etc)
- Upgrade the skill to meet company standard
- Have good communication with immediate superior/manager for coordination
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- MARKET INFO HANDLING, ANALYSIS AND PLANNING
- Identify, gather and acknowledge market information in each AMM area (competitor activities, price, share and customer fleet)
- Create a monthly work plan to organize the schedule of their visit plan
- Submit all report requirement (weekly, monthly and special project activities) as scheduled
- Create an annual business plan to set strategy and action plan for each area
- Give ideas to HQ on business performance improvement in each area
- PRODUCT
- Know and understand company’s product knowledge in market (Benefit/quality of the product, pattern, size and application for each product)
- Give an assistance to customer complaint to be delivered to dealer and reported to HQ
- DEALER
- Build a strong connection to our dealer and customer to strengthen our business (business review/meeting)
- Get stock data from our dealer and plan for projection (combine the stock information with market information)
- Assist our dealer in making purchasing order, pattern to be purchased and calculate the product turnover (SCD) to assist dealer to sell our product
- Monitor and control our dealer in term of price policy (set max. Margin), order policy (range of monthly order)
- CUSTOMER
- Build a strong relationship with our customer by assisting our customer from product complaint, run special project (focus fleet) and customer survey
- Give an assistance to our customer to know about our product range and benefit
Requirements:
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Min D3 any Field
- Have a experience Min 2 years
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Communication and leadership
- Having good commitment and responsible
- Having good discipline and high initiative in regards of doing his/her job for improvement
- Familiar with Ms. Office tools
